Commercial Auto Insurance in California

ANA Insurance Brokerage Inc. provides commercial auto insurance that meets strict California state requirements. Whether you or your company needs auto insurance for a business car, a food truck, a limo, bus, taxi, or non-emergency transport vehicle, we have policies that affordably meet or exceed state requirements.

Acceptable auto insurance for privately owned vehicles in California according to California Insurance Code§11580.1b are:

  • $15,000 liability insurance for injury or death to one person, $30,0000 for injury or death or more than one person, and $5,000 for property damage. It is important to note that comprehensive or collision insurance doesn’t meet the vehicle financial responsibility requirements provided by California.

Commercial liability insurance minimums are the same. All business-owned vehicles are required to have:

  • $15,000 bodily injury or death per person, $30,0000 for injury or death or more than one person, and $5,000 for property damage.

While California doesn’t require it, a personal vehicle driven for work should also be covered with a hired and non-owned auto insurance policy since personal policies usually won’t cover you if you’re in an accident while driving for work purposes. We love working with general contractors, doctors, nurses, personal trainers, home food business delivery services, and more who use commercial vehicles.

ANA can also work with you to provide discounts on insurance by bundling multiple policies.

There’s no obligation to get a quote. We’re ready to answer any questions you might have about one or multiple policies for yourself or your employees, including policy limits, state requirements, and insurance to cover injuries and property damage in an accident, along with vehicle theft, vandalism, and foul weather destruction such as hail damage to a business vehicle. Be sure to stop into an ANA Insurance Brokerage Inc. in office, CA to get a free quote for your special commercial auto insurance needs or give us a call.
